About

I received my Advanced Certification in Conflict Resolution and Analysis with 24 hours of continual doctoral educational courses. I received my BA and MA in Political Science from University of Missouri-Kansas City.  I am an former member in the Peace and Conflict Resolution Education Working Group, restorative justice working group and Christian Prospective in Peacemaking.

I use to mediate small-claims case on behalf of the Center for conflict Resolution in Missouri. I use a facilitative approach to mediation where as a neutral; I am able to assist the parties’ own efforts to reach a mutually agreeable resolution.  As the mediator, I was in charge of the process of court rules designed to assist the parties in being in charge of the content.  As a researcher, scholar, and practitioner in the field of Conflict Resolution, Irish Studies and Peace-studies, the focus of this blog is to promote sustainable peace and justice, provide best practices,  and book reviews. Additionally, to network, and work in partnership with others.
